A system, not a parts list.
NEURO units run the remote sites. One CORTEX watches them all. A private digital radio carries the commands. Nothing in the loop rents time on somebody else's network.
NEURO at every remote site
Measures levels, flow and power, decides locally, and drives its own pumps and valves.
Peer-to-peer over radio
A tank asks its well site for water directly. Peers are close, the signal is strong, and the exchange is over in seconds.
CORTEX supervises it all
Polls every site on a steady cadence, graphs the data, raises the alarms and runs the call-out list.
The go-bag variant
A NEURO, a radio, power and battery in a wheeled, watertight carry-on case. Load the stricken site's configuration from a USB key and run the site from a vehicle while you repair.
NEURO arrives 90% programmed.
An intelligent RTU built for water work. What remains on site is matching the inputs and outputs to your sensors, not writing a control system from scratch.
CORTEX runs from the browser you already have.
The master unit polls every NEURO, draws the graphs, holds every threshold and interlock in one auditable place, and reaches the operator on call. No proprietary software to install, no seat licenses. Local on your network, or remote by VPN and the mobile apps.
Growing plant, same brain
CORTEX 360 adds redundant dual-input power, a front OLED panel and a larger SNMP manager for the biggest plants.
AXON expansion
The same three I/O cards in single enclosures, placed anywhere on the plant network. More points, no new system.
No internet between your sites. Anywhere.
The link is a Ritron-built digital radio, made in Indiana to SCADA MASTERS firmware specifications. Your telemetry rides a licensed frequency you control, not an IP network you rent.
Ritron DTX+HP transceiver, built in Indiana
Antennas built for the path budget.
SM-FD folded dipoles, from a single dipole to a phased array of eight. The radiation pattern is set at installation by adjusting the standoff from the mast, so the installer controls directivity without changing product.
SM-FD150, VHF
SM-FD450, UHF
All models: quarter-wave coaxial matching to 50 ohms, N female termination, welded and double-sealed aluminum construction, and DC grounding for lightning and static protection. Mounting hardware included, free USPS shipping.
The whole system lives on 12 V.
Every unit is designed for battery backup and solar. When the mains fail, the sites keep pumping and the radio keeps answering. Independent of the cell network, and of the grid.
