SCADA Masters™ is an American integrator of supervision systems for potable water and wastewater networks, and an RF engineering and FCC licensing practice, under one roof in Irvine, Kentucky.
Most of our customers are municipal utilities whose sites sit far from infrastructure: well fields, storage tanks, valve vaults, lift stations. Before a system goes in, running the network often means driving between sites and starting pumps by hand. Our work is to make those sites report in, and act, on their own.

He designs the control logic himself, down to firmware-level specifications: the pump alternation schemes, the failover rules, the threshold ladders that make a site trustworthy.
The conventions he set are now the company standard, applied to every unit sold: one math function per control threshold so the rule list reads like the tank's own ladder, and a link beacon on every remote unit so a silent site is an alarm, not a mystery.

The supervision platform underneath NEURO and CORTEX is built by Davicom, a monitoring hardware manufacturer with decades of service in broadcast and critical infrastructure. On top of it, SCADA MASTERS designs the water application: the deployment standard, the control logic, the radio path, the commissioning and the support.

Every configuration is replayed on the bench before installation: pump alternation, failovers, power cuts, all run on the real hardware with the logs read line by line. The rules themselves pass an automated audit before any upload, and the finished system is documented so a third party could take it over. No black boxes, no hostage clients.
Commissioning and maintenance run through your local reseller, backed by our engineering. The people who sold you the system are the people who can service it.
